Sweet-Sour-Spicy Fried Cods (Quick Version)

I am a fish lover!
Ingredients for 1 portion
   Crispy fried fish
100 gr of sliced fresh cods
1 tsp of garlic powder
0,5 tsp of salt
1 tsp of fine black pepper
1 tbsp of all-purpose flour
1 tbsp of cassava flour/ corn starch
Vegetable oil

  •  Mix garlic, salt & pepper and sprinkle on fish. Marinate for 15-30 minutes.
  •  Dust the fish with the mixed both flours.
  •  Fry in the pan with medium heat until both sides gets golden crispy.

   Sweet-Sour-Spicy Sauce
1 tbsp of Sweet Chili sauce
2 tbsp of rice vinegar
2 tbsp of Kikkoman sauce/ soy sauce
1 chopped dried chili
2 tbsp of water
3 cloves of chopped garlic
1 chopped shallots
2 tbsp of vegetable oil
2 tbsp of dissolved cassava flour/ corn starch with the water
  •  Fry chopped garlic and shallots with vegetable oil on medium heat.
  •  After the garlic turns golden, add all sauces in, except for dissolved flour.
  •  Mix the sauce gently. Lower heat and add the dissolved cassava flour water.
  •  Taste if you like the sauce. If the sauce looks too thick, add little more water.
