Meatless Meal & Veggies in Pepper Sauce

Ingredients for 2 portions  (Sorry that this is not VEGAN recipe)
12 pieces of dehydrated Soy Protein
half onion cut in small cubes
1 small carrots cut in bites
Some cut cabbage and kale
1 small cube (1x1 cm) of palm sugar
3 tbsb of oyster sauce
1 tbsp of seasoning sauce
1 tbsp of soy sauce
0,5 tbsp of sesame oil
1 tsb of coarse pepper
100 ml of milk

How to make

  1. Soak the dehydrated soy protein in the water for 20 minutes.
  2. Mix all sauces, palm sugar, sesame oil, pepper in the sauce pan. Use the low heat to dissolve the palm sugar gradually. This sugar gives more aroma and balance the taste.
  3. Add milk and stir gently. Set aside.
  4. After 20 minutes of item 1, drain the water out and put the soy protein in the sauce for about 10 minutes. The soy protein will be juicy with more taste!
  5. On the high heat, stir-fry onion and carrot firstly with some vegetable oil. After they becomes soft, add the rest of vegetables and the soy protein. Keep stirring for 2 minutes.
  6. Lower the heat and add the mixed sauce in. Served with cooked rice, and enjoy!
