Quattro Cheesy Nachos

Sticky Creamy Cheese with Tasty Meat on Warm Crispy Chili Nachos!
Ingredient for 2 portions
100 gr of chili Tortilla chip
200 gr of ground meat (beef, pork or chicken)
2 tsp of enchilada spice mix
1 tsp of fine black pepper
0.5 tsp of curry powder
1 finely chopped tomato
1 finely chopped onion
1 finely chopped shallots
2 cloves of chopped garlic
1 sliced red paprika
a sprinkle of dried sweet basil
2 tbsp of vegetable oil
For Sticky Creamy Cheese
2 tbsp of butter
2 tbsp of all-purpose flour
2 cups of milk
100 gr of Quattro Formaggi Shredded Cheese (or you can use Chedder or Mozzarella)

How to make

  1. Fry garlic and meat with high heat until they turns brown.
  2. Add chopped tomato, onion and shallots and keep frying
  3. When all mixes and turns soft, lower into medium heat. Add the spice mix, pepper & curry powder. Stir to mix well with the meat.
  4. Taste if you like the favor. If it is too dry, add a little water in.
  5. Put the red sliced paprika in the pan and off the heat. Do not fry it too long. It tastes better when the paprika is crispy but juicy.
  6. For topping of sticky creamy cheese, melt the butter on medium heat. Then add in flour and mix it well. Lower the heat and whisk milk in. When it becomes cooked, add the shredded cheese in. When the cheese smelts and becomes the sauce, remove the pan from the heat.
  7. On a serving dish, put the tortilla chips on and put it in the microwave with 1000W for 30 seconds.
  8. Put the fried meat on the warm chips, and pour over the sticky creamy cheese sauce on top!
  9. Sprinkle dried sweet basil. That's so delicious!
