Two-Friend-Pizza (Kebab & Barbecue Pizza)




Ingredients for 4 portions
  Pizza Dough

325 gr (1 cup) of Greek Yogurt

325 gr of all-purpose- flour
a pinch of salt
1.5 tsp of baking powder
Extra flour for dusting on the board
200 gr of grated cheese for topping


 Pizza Sauce

2 tbsp of olive oil

1 can of chopped tomato
6 cloves of fresh sweet basil
2 cloves of chopped garlic
1 tsp of sugar

 Kebab Topping
200 gr of minced pork or meat you like
1 tsp of enchilada spice mix
1 tsp of Kebab spice mix
1 tbsp of olive oil
-         Mix all above ingredients for 15 minutes and fry on the pan
Garlic and Pepper Sour Cream for topping after baked pizza (before served)
Some Salad and sliced shallots for topping after baked pizza (before served)

 Barbecue Topping
200 gr of minced pork or meat you like
1 tbsp of barbecue sauce
1 tbsp of Sriracha sauce
2 tbsp of Seasoning Sauce
-         Mix all above ingredients for 15 minutes and fry on the pan
Sliced onion, tomato and paprika for topping before baking pizza

How to make pizza dough
1.                 Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Knead into a ball and sprinkle more flour if the dough is sticky.
2.                 Roll as a flat form on the baking tray covered with the baking paper.
How to make pizza sauce  
1.       In a small pan on medium heat, pour in olive oil and garlic.
2.      Put the chopped tomato and sugar in and gently mix them.
3.      When it starts to boil, add sweet basil. Let it cool down for a while.
 How to bake pizza
1.      Preheat the oven at 230C.
2.      Apply the pizza sauce on the flat pizza dough.
3.      On a half of the pizza, spread on kebab meat and grated cheese.
4.      Then spread on barbecue meat and onion on the rest of half pizza. Top with grated cheese, paprika and tomato.
5.      Bake for 10-12 minutes.
6.      Only on kebab pizza, spread some salad, shallots and garlic and pepper sour cream before served.
