Tofu Feta Cheese (Cholesterol-free & Vegan)

I am a tofu-man. Everything made from tofu becomes my favourite ;)



Ingredients for 2 persons
  • 1 pack of firm tofu (349 gr from the package)
  • 60 ml of lemon juice (0.6 dl)
  • 125 ml of water (1.25 dl)
  • 125 ml of apple cider vinegar (1.25 dl)
  • 1 tbsp oregano (for optional, you can use dried basil)
How to make
  1. Drain water out of the tofu. Place the tofu on a cutting board covered the clean towel. Put another towel on top of the tofu. Then top up again with a bowl or something heavy. Let the tofu stay for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Cut the tofu into cubes.
  3. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl or a container, but add the tofu at the end.
  4. Cover with the plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. It tastes better 2 or 3 days later.
