Crispy Fried Egg Noodle with Meatball in Gravy Sauce

One of the my favourite meal!
I always love it and don't want to lose the favour. It inspires me to cook for myself since I moved here!

Ingredients for 2 persons
200 gr of marinated pork/ chicken or meatball
  1 Paprika, chopped
  1 carrot, chopped
  100 gr of chopped broccoli
100 gr of yellow egg noodle (separated into 2 serving)
  100 gr of chopped cauliflower
  20 gr of chopped leek
4 cloves of garlic, fine chopped
  3 tbsp of oyster sauce
  2 tbsp of soya sauce
  1 tbsp of sesame oil
  1 tbsp of pepper
  1 tbsp of seasoning sauce
  1 tsp of sugar (optional)
1 tbsp of cassava flour/ corn starch mixed with the 20 ml of water
  2 cups (4 dl) of broth/ water
  1 cup of vegetable oil

How to make
  1. Mix oyster sauce, soya sauce, sesame oil, seasoning sauce, pepper and sugar (optional) in a bowl.
  2. Pour the vegetable oil on a pan with medium heat. When the oil is warm, spread the yellow egg noodle in the pan. It will look like a nest. Let it fry until getting golden crispy. Set a side. Drain out the fried oil from the pan.
  3. With the same pan, use the high heat to stirred-fry the chopped garlic and the meat.
  4. Put all vegetable in and stirred-fry for 5 minutes.
  5. Pour the broth into the pan and put the lid on to stream the mixed vegetable for 3 minutes
  6. Lower to medium heat. Pour in the mixed sauce and gently stir. Here becomes the gravy sauce.
  7. Put 1-2 tbsp of the cassava flour mixed water and gently stir to make the gravy sauce thicker.
  8. Ready to serve :)
