Many people
used to eat spring roll. However, what if I am trying to make different tasty stuffing
inside the spring roll. How does it sound! The result is juicy and delicious curry ;) Let me share you my yummy meal.
How to make Massaman Curry Spring Roll
- On the pan with high heat, fry the curry paste with 2 tbsp of vegetable oil and ground pork until it gets golden brown.
- Add the sliced carrot and leek and fry until they starts getting soft.
- Reduce heat into low medium, and then add milk.
- Stir gently and seasoning with stevia or sugar.
- Lower the heat and let it simmer. This makes the pork to be juicy and be able to wrap on the spring roll paper.
- Set aside and let it cool down. Preheat the deep fryer at 200C.
- Let's wrap and roll. 1.5 tbsp of stuffing can be good size for each pastry.
- Put in the deep fryer for 7-10 minutes,or apply the spring roll with the oil and bake 200C in oven for 20 minutes, but you need to turn over another side after the first 10 minutes.
