Original Spring Rolls

How to make Original Spring Rolls
  1. Soak the glass noodle in the hot water about 5-10 minutes to make it soft
  2. Mix all the sauces, sesame oil, pepper, and stevia/ sugar into the bowl.
  3. On the pan with high heat, fry chopped garlic and ground pork until it gets golden brown.
  4. Add the sliced carrot and leek and fry until they starts getting soft.
  5. Make the well on the pan, and knock the egg in
  6. Put the soft glass noodle on the top of egg, and pour in the mixed sauces.
  7. Keep stirring gently until all is mixing well. 
  8. Set aside and let it cool down. Preheat the oven at 200C.
  9. Let's wrap and roll! 1.5 tbsp of stuffing can be good size for each pastry.
  10. After finishing all wrapping, pour some oil into a dish and rub each spring roll over the oil.
  11. Place them on the baking tray covered with the baking paper.
  12. Pop the tray in the hot oven to cook for 20 minutes, but you need to turn them over after the first 10 minutes.
