Fried Rice in Veggie Heaven ;) |
100 gr of chopped chicken
1/2 cup of chopped paprika
1/2 cup of diced carrot
1/2 cup of pea
1 onion, diced
1/2 cup of corn
Sliced tomato and cucumber for side dish
2 cups of cooked rice

3 cloves of
garlic, fine chopped
2 tbsp of American BBQ sauce
2 tbsp of oyster sauce
2 tbsp of Makki Seasoning Soya sauce
1 tsp of
sambal chilli / 0,5 tsp fresh chilli
5 drops of
Tabasco (this helps to balance all tastes of the mixed sauce)
2 tbsp of vegetable oilPepper to sprinkle on top
How to make
- Mix BBQ sauce, oyster sauce, Makki, sambal chili, & Tobacco in a bowl.
- Pour the vegetable oil on a pan with high heat. Stirred-fry garlic and chicken until it turns gold.
- Put all vegetables in and stirred-fry for 5 minutes.
- Lower to medium heat. Pour the rice into the pan.
- Season with the mixed sauce and gently stir to get it well mixed.
- Leave the fried rice to be heated for about 1-2 minutes, and stir again. This helps to make fried rice more crunchy with the full of taste.
- Ready to serve :)
