Volcano Lava Fried Egg

Tender minced pork in tasty & spicy sauce with runny fried egg served with 5-grain-rice. Such a King's Meal ;)
Ingredients for 2 portions
2 eggs
2 tbsp of vegetable oil
200 gr of mince pork
3 cloves of fine chopped garlic
100 gr of mixed diced carrot, onion, corn, and green pea
2 tbsp of French Dressing
(I used Ken's French Dressing with Apple wood Smoked Bacon)
1 tbsp of lime juice
2 tbsp of seasoning sauce
1 tsp of fine black pepper
1 ground dried chili
1 cup of water
1 tbsp of dissolved water of cassava flour/ cornstarch
50 gr of cooked crab-meat (optional)

How to make

  1. Make fried eggs and set aside. The best is to make over easy fried egg. The excitement is to let the warm egg yolk running out and combine with the sauce when you eat the meal!
  2. Mix french dressing, lime juice, dried chili, seasoning sauce and water. You can taste if you like this favour, and adjust the taste you prefer. Set aside.
  3. Heat a pan over medium heat, fry minced pork and chopped garlic with vegetable oil.
  4. Add all diced vegetables when the pork turns brown. Stir-fry until the carrot starts getting soft.
  5. Add mixing sauce in the pan and mix it well.
  6. Add the crab-meat. This thickens tastiness of the soup.
  7. Lower the heat and let it streamed for 5 minutes.
  8. Add a tablespoon of dissolved cassava flour water and gently stir the sauce.
  9. Take off the heat and serve on top of the fried egg.
