Crispy Fried Pork Chops and Spicy Sauce (Best-served with chilled beer)

Juicy, Crispy, Spicy and Happy!

 Ingredients for 2 persons
200 gr of raw smoked pork chops (sommerkoteletter)
1/2 tsp of coarse pepper
1/2 tsp of garlic powder
1 tsp of fine pepper
1 tbsp of vegetable oil
100 ml (1.0 dl) of Sriracha Chili sauce (adjustable on your spicy level)
100 ml (1.0 dl) of milk for marinating
150 ml (1.5 dl) of milk for the extra sauce
100 gr of all purpose flour for coating
2 tbsp of all purpose flour for thickening sauce
1 litre of vegetable oil for deep frying

How to make
  1. Soak the smoked pork chops in the water for about an hour. Check the water in every half hour. This is to reduce some salty taste.
  2. Mix salt, pepper, garlic, vegetable oil and Sriracha sauce in a large bowl which you can toss all smoked pork chops in.
  3.  Put the pork chops in and mixed them well. Put the plastic warp over the bowl.
  4.  Let it marinate overnight. Otherwise at least for 5 hours.
  5. Take the marinated pork chops from the bowl. Do NOT throw the marinated sauce yet. We can use it to make some good sauce.
  6. Coat each pork chops with the flour. Set-aside for 10 minutes.
  7. Pour 1 litre of the vegetable oil in a deep frying pan and preheat with high heat for 5 minutes. Then reduce into low medium heat.
  8. Put the coasted pork chops in the pan. You can put the lid on and let it fry for about 10-15 minutes or until it turns well-done.
  9. For the sauce, add more milk into the marinated sauce. Boil it in a small pan.
  10. Put a tablespoon of all-purpose flour and keep stirring the sauce.
  11. All is ready to serve with the fresh green salad!
Tip: To make it more tasty and spicy, I recommend to serve with a glass of chilled light beer :) Cheers and Skål!
