Varieties of Egg Noodle Soup

Noodle soup has been one of my forever favourites and easy meals.The main key is to have tasty soup and good quality of egg noodle! Then you can just add more ingredients you like ;)

Main Ingredient: Egg noodle.  My best brand is to use Sau-Tao non-fried shrimp-egg noodle. I like the way they made without frying method. It is healthier and the noodle is so tasty like eating fresh egg noodle.

Each of egg noodle just needs 3-minute-boiled in boiling water, then drain out the water.

Soup ingredient for 2 persons: 

500 ml (5 dl) of water
1 tsp of coarse pepper
½ tsp of garlic powder
1 vegetable bouillon cube
1 tsp of sesame oil
1 piece of star anise spice (for good aroma and taste, but take it away when serving)

Boil all in a pot with medium heat.

Additional ingredients for the noodle soup:
You can choose what you like :)
Soft Tofu medium cube/ fisk tofu/ fried firm tofu sliced
Cooked shrimp/ Soy meat (soy protein)/ minced meat
Fine chopped spring onion (for sprinkle and seasoning the soup)
Crispy fried onion/ fried garlic (for sprinkle and seasoning the soup)
Veggies
