Let's have a big bite! |
Ingredients for 1 person
100 gr of roasted/ fried chicken fillet (tore up into small pieces)
1 tbsp of American BBQ sauce*
1 tbsp of oyster sauce
1 tbsp of soya sauce
1 tsp of Maggi/ seasoning sauce
1 tsp of garlic powder
1 tsp of chili in oil paste (use only chili seed, not the oil)
1 hamburger bread/ bread roll (rundstykke)
a handful of Salad and sliced cucumber
2 tbsp of garlic dressing
1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
How to make
- Mix all sauce, garlic powder and chili in a small bowl. Set aside.
- On the medium heat, stir-fry the tore chicken with a tablespoon of vegetable oil.
- Add 2 tbsp of the mixing sauce into the chicken and stir fry until the chicken mixes well with the sauce. (about 3 minutes, otherwise the chicken gets too dry) Lower the heat to the lowest level, and make a well in the middle of pan.
- Toast the hamburger bread on the middle of pan. If you use the bread roll, cut in half and toast both side for 1-2 minutes. Turn off the heat.
- Put the salad on the bread and season with garlic dressing.
- Put the pulled chicken on the salad and season with the rest of mixing sauce.
- Put another bread on top, and ready to be served!
* I recommend this BBQ sauce. Although it is quite sweet, it is perfect and balance when you mix with chili and other sauce.
