Pulled Chicken Burger (Quick Version)

Let's have a big bite!
Actually the pulled pork/ chicken are cooked many hours in the slow cooker/ toaster together with the brown sugar, some herbs and served with coleslaw. This is to get very soft and juicy taste of the meat. However, I am thinking to have a tasty lunch but I really have a short time to prepare. Let's say only half a hour! So, I decided to make my own pulled chicken from the leftover in my refrigerator! And it is amazing because of its good taste!

Ingredients for 1 person
100 gr of roasted/ fried chicken fillet (tore up into small pieces)
1 tbsp of American BBQ sauce*
1 tbsp of oyster sauce
1 tbsp of soya sauce
1 tsp of Maggi/ seasoning sauce
1 tsp of garlic powder
1 tsp of chili in oil paste (use only chili seed, not the oil)
1 hamburger bread/ bread roll (rundstykke)
a handful of Salad and sliced cucumber
2 tbsp of garlic dressing
1 tablespoon of vegetable oil

How to make
  1. Mix all sauce, garlic powder and chili in a small bowl. Set aside.
  2. On the medium heat, stir-fry the tore chicken with a tablespoon of vegetable oil.
  3. Add 2 tbsp of the mixing sauce into the chicken and stir fry until the chicken mixes well with the sauce. (about 3 minutes, otherwise the chicken gets too dry) Lower the heat to the lowest level, and make a well in the middle of pan.
  4. Toast the hamburger bread on the middle of pan. If you use the bread roll, cut in half and toast both side for 1-2 minutes. Turn off the heat.
  5. Put the salad on the bread and season with garlic dressing.
  6. Put the pulled chicken on the salad and season with the rest of mixing sauce.
  7. Put another bread on top, and ready to be served!
* I recommend this BBQ sauce. Although it is quite sweet, it is perfect and balance when you mix with chili and other sauce.
