Fusion Korean Sweet Pancakes



Fusion Korean Sweet Pancakes Stuffed with Barbecue Tofu and Garlic Cream Cheese

Ingredients for 

8 pieces of dough:

1 cup of warm water,
2 tsp of dry yeast,
0.5 tsp of salt,
1 tbsp of vegetable oil,
1 tbsp of sugar,
- Mix all above ingredients & add
2 cups of all-purpose flour
- Mix it into a dough. Cover with a plastic wrap and let it rise in room temperature for 1 hour
- After a hour, knead the dough to remove gas bubbles and let it rise another 10 minutes.
- Time to stuff the filling into the dough ball after dividing the dough into 8 pieces.

Ingredients of the stuffing:

Option 1: Stir-fried ground tofu seasoned with barbecue sauce & spring onion
Option 2: Garlic Cream Cheese
Option 3: Whatever you like!
