Kimchi Fried Rice with Juicy Pork in Spicy Mustard Sauce

Ingredients for 2 portions
    Fried rice
1 canned kimchi, chopped (160 grams)
1 cup of cooked rice
kimchi juice that you get from the can
2 tbsp of sesame oil
1 tbsp of oyster sauce
0,5 tsp of sugar
0.5 tsp of Korean hot pepper paste (gochujang) If you like very spicy, you can add it more.
1 tbsp of vegetable oil for stir-frying
Some extra vegetables that you preferred (I used broccoli and red paprika)
How to make
  1. Mix all above ingredients, except for chopped kimchi and rice to get a sauce. Set aside.
  2. Stir-fry extra vegetable with vegetable oil.
  3. Add rice and chopped kimchi and mix them.
  4. Pour in the sauce and mix well.
    Juicy Pork in Spicy Mustard Sauce
1 medium piece of pork chop, sliced
1 tsp of ginger powder
1 tsp of  salt
1 tsp of black pepper
2 tsp of cassava flour/ corn starch
1 chopped dried chili
1 tbsp of sesame seeds
2 tbsp of soy sauce
1 tbsp of syrup
1 tbsp of rice vinegar
1 tbsp of mustard
0.5 tsp of garlic powder
1/4 cup of water
2 tbsp of vegetable oil for frying
How to make
  1. Marinade pork with ginger, salt and pepper. Then, dust it with cassava flour.
  2. Fry the pork on medium heat with vegetable oil until getting lightly brown.
  3. Add the rest of ingredients into the pork and stir to let the sauce covered the pork.
  4. Stew the pork for about 5 minutes. Serve with the fried rice immediately.
