Homemade Sunflower Seeds Bread

Healthy Homemade Bread, no butter and no sugar!
Ingredient for a big loaf (6 persons)
150 gr of Whole-wheat flour
350 gr of all-purpose flour
50 gr of sunflower seeds + 10 gr for topping before baking
7 gr of salt
300 gr of whole milk
15 gr of dry yeast
50 gr of natural yogurt or Greek yogurt (I used Greek one for this baking)

How to make

  1. Sieve both flour and salt.
  2. Mix yeast into whole milk.
  3. Mix all ingredients except for the 10 gr of sunflower seeds.
  4. Knead it together. You can choose to do by an electric whisk or by hand. In the first 5 minutes, I used the machine to combine all dry and wet ingredients. This helps to knead by hand easier after that.
  5. Continue to knead by hand for about 15 minutes. During the process, you can feel how a dough becomes good and flexible.
  6. Then pack a dough into a large bowl and cover with a plastic foil. Leave it to get bigger in room temperature for 2 hours.
  7. Preheat an oven on 250 C . Gently remove the dough into a baking form. Let it set in the form for about 30 minutes. Decorate those 10 gr of sunflower seeds on top of bread.
  8. Reduce a heat of the oven into 210 C and bake a bread for 40 minutes.
