Noodle in Holy Basil Sauce and Fried Egg

Easy and Yummy!

Ingredients for 2 persons
2 tbsp of compact soy meat or 200 gr of minced chicken
2 cloves garlic, fine chopped1/2 big onion, sliced
50 gr of mixed corn, diced carrot, and green pea
40 gr of fresh Thai holy basil (Kaphrao)
1 dried red chilli, cut in half2 tbsp soya sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp seasoning sauce
1 tsp stevia/ sugar
1 cup of water
2 tbsp of vegetable oil
1 fried egg
1 pack of 3-minute-boiled noodle

How to make
  1. On the high heat, stir-fry garlic, onion, mixed corn, diced carrot, and green pea with vegetable oil.
  2. When the onions have softened, drop soy meat in and add 1/2 cup of water. This helps the soy meat to become juicy. (If you use chicken, no need to put water now).
  3. Lower to medium heat and add all sauce. Stir-fry for a couple of minutes.
  4. Add the holy basil and keep stirring until soy meat and vegetable is mixing well with the sauce.
  5. Add the rest of water in to get some extra sauce.
  6. Stir-fry for a minute and ready to serve
  7. Top up with fried egg and yummy!
