2 tbsp of compact soy meat or 200 gr of minced chicken
2 cloves garlic, fine chopped1/2 big onion, sliced
50 gr of mixed corn, diced carrot, and green pea
40 gr of fresh Thai holy basil (Kaphrao)
1 dried red chilli, cut in half2 tbsp soya sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp seasoning sauce
1 tsp stevia/ sugar
1 cup of water
2 tbsp of vegetable oil

How to make
- On the high heat, stir-fry garlic, onion, mixed corn, diced carrot, and green pea with vegetable oil.
- When the onions have softened, drop soy meat in and add 1/2 cup of water. This helps the soy meat to become juicy. (If you use chicken, no need to put water now).
- Lower to medium heat and add all sauce. Stir-fry for a couple of minutes.
- Add the holy basil and keep stirring until soy meat and vegetable is mixing well with the sauce.
- Add the rest of water in to get some extra sauce.
- Stir-fry for a minute and ready to serve
- Top up with fried egg and yummy!
